The pizza was good!. But the best part was a young gentleman up front who greeted me as I walked in with a smile, extremely friendly, and had unreal customer service!. Now a days with how bad customer service has gotten, it brightened my day to see someone doing it right!. I could be wrong, but I believe his name was Derek.! If it is, he deserves a raise!. He was absolutely great!.

I am impressed with the ability of the staff to calmly handle situations out of their control. They made my order well, door dash complicated my order. The situation was very frustrating. Door dash needs to get it together.

Have enjoyed Niceville Pizza Hut for many years and have always had great customer service and fresh food. Sean the manager has always been helpful and has definitely made it easy to figure out where we buy our pizza from. Thanks again for the continued consistency!

To be clear up front, I had a Pizza delivered, we did not dine in. From the onset, ordering to delivery, it was very easy and quick. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed in which our Pizza was brought to our door. The Pizza was hot, very tasty and oh so pleasing to our taste buds and bellies! We will definitely order again from Pizza Hut.

When I say 5 stars I mean it. Best customer service out there. Pizza Hut isn’t Pizza Hut without the care of the employees. I feel so welcome as soon as I walk into this Pizza Hut in particular. It almost makes me feel complete.. whole if you will. One bite of that meat lovers pizza will make you feel fulfilled for days.. weeks... maybe even months. I’m definitely a meat lover if you’re catching what I’m throwing;) I guess all I’m trying to say is.. keep up the good work and remember bacon eggs grits sausage. Thank you for your time. Sincerely- some random Pizza Hut loving individual. (P.s. if I’m being honest the food really tears my stomach to shreds but every bite feels like home)

I REALLY REALLY miss the create your own, up to five toppings pizza, for a reasonable price. When my husband and I try to create our favorite pizzas it comes out to a ridiculous price, especially considering the small amount of each topping on the pizzas (nothing like the pictures -- false advertising????). We have pretty much quit buying pizza due to the ridiculous price of getting what we want - rather than what someone else wants us to be limited to -- for a reasonable price, but also because of the lack of healthy options such as cauliflower crust, plant based cheese, etc. (for me - my husband likes the "real" stuff.
